I often feel like I should be doing more. More of any number of things. Mainly, playing outside with my friends.
Which includes geocaching, trail running, biking (dirt and paved), swimming, camping, etc etc.
I am following the adventure of our friend, Ray Porter. He is a mountain biker. He is also a certified badass. He is in the middle of the Tour Divide, a 2700 mile bike race from Canada to Mexico along the continental divide route. He just passed the 1000 mile mark.
Words fail...all I can say is, I am inspired!

Bike Route
Today was my first official commute. Mike rode with me (or at least, ahead of me) for the entire trip...and it was great. A few hills, moderate traffic, and decent roads. I am looking at alternative routes too, but for now...here is the route I am using:

I am super stoked that I was able to find a job where riding my bike to work is possible. YAY! I will see how it goes on the way home, but I expect a warm (if not hot) ride home! :)
So far, I have really enjoyed my new job. I am learning new stuff everyday and I think over time this will be a great fit for me personally and professionally.
