life is too short for bad cheese...

Its funny, I used to say this when I would rationalize buying the expensive cheese at Central Market. Now, I mean it. When I am eating...I don't want to waste calories or space in my stomach for food that just doesn't have what I want. Same thing goes for all food and beer :)
